Hey Karl. Great detail and action. I wish for more room all around but I know how tough it is to add canvas with those water patterns. Lower angle would have been nice if possible. Love the frozen water.

    Keep them coming!

Fully action packed frame. Spectacular action, great IQ, superb sharpness, beautiful colors and very nice tight crop.

    Regards,
    Satish.

Super action, well caught! That fish is more than a mouthful, but surprising that the Heron couldn't get it down.

I would give it a little smidgen*more space top and LHS if I had it, but that is just me!

Just needs a bit of CCW rotation. A little more room all around can't hurt.

Did you get the chance to see this guy swallow that fish?

This is a great action shot.Love that huge fish and my first thought was that there was no way this young heron could swallow that big fish!! Glad you told us how it ended.
I really like all the water splash. I am OK with the comp but could see a bit more canvas added left and top.
    Well captured!

Wonderful action post! Love the flying water and the great sharpness in both the fish and the heron's head. Sharon
