    Default Elegant tern

This is another image from Bolsa Chica back in June. The terns shake themselves a few seconds after exiting the water

Great effort to freeze the motion. lovely exposure of the whites and details on the black head. Droplets and tones BG complete this nicely.

Beautiful light and great action. Amazing what positions these terns can get themselves into. Well captured; thanks for sharing.

Love the "frozen" moment. So very difficult to get this shot. I have tried on numerous occasions and it still eludes me.
Love the light, the water droplets and the BG,

That behaviour is fun to watch but difficult to capture "on film". You did a great job here. Love the water beading action.
