The right one trying to defend its territory from the left.

Splendid capture Sridatta, wonderful action. A faultless image in my opinion. Well done. Ian.

Great shot, like this sharp photo. Good timing and great BG. TFS.

Great action captured, Sridatta. These Snowies can certainly put on a show. Nice colors and bg (did you boost the sat. just a bit?), and good head angles on both. The only thing that diverts my eye is the light blob above the upper bird's head, but no biggie -- might be more damaging to remove it.

Thanks Bill. I boosted the vibrance a tad bit, but all credits to the light. Good catch on the light blob part, I actually thought about it last night, but since you asked, I am giving it a shot.

That blob needed to go as that is the first thing my eye went to. Talk about bad luck having it right there! I'm glad you reposted without it as that awesome action and interaction deserved no distractions. Super nice, I like it a lot!

I am jealous, wish it were mine. Wonderful image, better without the blob.

When I saw the OP my eye was immediately drawn to the white blob at the top of the frame. As I scrolled down the thread I was thrilled to see the repost.
The repost is excellent in every way.
Love the action and the IQ and the exposure on the whites,
    Gail
