    Default Secretary bird portrait (C)

Photographed at one of our reserves closeby.

Highlights reigned in in LR (the mid-afternoon sun being a challenge on the light feathers), sharpness increased slightly in PS (USM). I've done various crops and this is the one I liked most.

    All C & C's welcome.

WOW!! Tobie, lovely IQ and fantastic detail in this shot. The exposure looks great....I would just add a little space on top. So nice to see a quality floe up of this species.

Beautiful work Tobie, I like this image very much. You have managed the harsh light very well. Agree with Dumay that a little more space on top would be an advantage. Well done. Ian

Thanks for looking & your feedback Ian & Dumay. A little space added at the top.

Hi Tobie, great feather detail, and I like the light in the eye. Your repost works better with the added space above.

I like your repost very much.
Hard to tell you had problems with highlights. Your PP looks good.
I would lighten the dark blob to the left of the bird,
    Gail
