    Hi James,

What a lovely flight image you have here. The wings are perfect and you have a nice light. The only thing is to clone out whatever is behind the feet.

    Excellent work!

Very nice flight image James and excellent eye contact. It does appear to me that the lighting was a little harsh as there is not much detail on the body . One other minor nit is the shadow on the wing but still a very nice flight image and I would be happy to have it. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful flight shot, Jim! The background makes the bird stand out nicely.

    Hi James,

Got to love that eye!!! The harsh light has been mentioned by Judy and wish for the full upbeat position, that would have eliminated the shadow.

Good background. How are you liking your D300, great AF, huh?

Excellent capture of the resident BCNH Jim. I have noticed your post since getting the D300 seem to be silky smooth, but have less fine detail. Did you change your workflow or technique for your new files? Almost looks like noise reduction or luminance smoothing.

Pose and BG are great, nits have been mentioned. Could you post some techs?
