    This male goldfinch enjoyed the fruits of the fall purple coneflower harvest.

    Very seasonal image, makes me think of late summer, fall. Nice pose. Like the seed in the beak.

    In a perfect world, would prefer the second flower to not be behind his back like this.

    The yellows seem hot on his body. The red channel is mostly in the 250 range, and I think he would display better if you toned him down a bit.

    It seemed a bit hot to me as well. Do love the pose and perch , and agree about the flower behind the bird. But I still wish it were mine.
