    Default Amazonian Barred Woodcreeper

Here's another neotropic beauty. I came across this male Amazonian Barred Woodcreeper going up and down the tree, with the female above him in a stationary position. Some kind of mating practice ? Eventually, the female grew tired of his show and flew off, and he followed her.

Cropped & rotated so tree is more vertical, levels, curves, cleaned up eye, turned down whites on tree
dfine on BG, smart sharpen on bird, cloned out an OOF branch running through bird.

Wonderful image. Love how there is a blend of color between the tree and the woodpecker.

Spectacular image of beautiful wood pecker. Nice pose, colors, beautiful BG and composition.
I like the brown color of bark nicely matching with his beak and feather colors.

    Satish.

This is a lovely image of a Woodcreeper with rich colours, pleasing BG and nice eye contact.

Terrific species, and you photographed it with a perfect pose with a perfect head angle. Great colours, details. The tree trunk has neat texture, but IMO could be toned down overall. Some of the large white spots call for my attention, but thankfully the treecreeper itself calls for even more. As posted I'd be tempted to trim some off the left.
