Default Theme - Multiples on the Beach

This was taken last summer in New Brunswick, Canada. We were on the beach at St. Martins at low tide on the Bay of Fundy and I combined several images of barnacles with images of rocks on the beach.
This was done in camera with the Canon 5D Mark III.

The barnacles look like water bubbles covering the rocks, giving the image depth. I like this a lot. Lovely subtle colors. I hadn't thought of taking some of the images, in a multiple exposure, of one subject and the rest of another subject. Great idea!

Very pleasing!! Just enough hint of what it is, and a good dose of abstraction. Pleasing patterns and repetition give a tapestry look.

Wow, Cheryl, this is a wonderful superposition of lines and color. I really, really like it. As Diane said, there's just enough hint of what it is. Very well done.
