    I'm not a Nikon user and not familiar with the software, but I doubt if Nikon Capture offers an export option similar to Lightroom's, which isn't really part of the raw conversion. It's more of an "extra" from the organization options of Lightroom. If you use Photoshop or Photoshop Elements (or probably other image editors), you would have the options in the second section, using Save for Web.
