    This young Evarcha spp appeared on my garden chair arm. It looked quite relaxed so set my gear up and took a few shots. The flash startled it and it promptly vacated the area

    Scary and scary good! The colors, sharpness and DOF are wonderful.

    I was trying to shoot a tree frog the other day while handholding with a flash diffuser that kept tipping the flash head too far down. Hope you have a better setup!

    Jumpers always have a lot of personality and you made the most of your opportunity here! Good exposure and excellent sharpness right where it needs to be. If this was mine, I'd be tempted to clone some of the tiny bits of debris which are just noticeable enough to catch my eye - a very minor point.
