    Default Cedar Waxwing.

    This image was taken shortly before the sun went behind the trees about 40 minutes before sunset.
    I was lucky to have found this individual sitting up in a shrub along the field.

    Nice light, bg, and comp Karl. I like the colors of the leaves and I'm a big fan of looser compositions, but in this case I think a vertical might work better. The big cluster of leaves is a little overpowering for the waxwing. Alternatively you might try toning down some of the brighter leaves.

    Beautiful shot, Karl! Love the light, pose and details! Agree with Aidan about the vertical crop! I like RP better.
