Love how you caught the reflection of the bird's eye in the tiny pool. The dark streak through the head was bad luck.

It is always a treat to see little Plover chicks. Nice low angle shot.

Love it Mike. Loose comp is great as is the partial reflection. It would be easy to soften the dark line intersecting with the head. Would love to make it out to plum island one day.

What a beautiful shot, Mike! Excellent pose, details and POV. Love that tiny water droplet! Very well done!

Sweet shot, Mike. Love the light, and the reflected light. Also the fact that his attention is focused on something (a pebble? water drop?). Great low POV and sharpness (not always easy to find focus on such a little fuzzball). Fixing the dark patch might make it even better.

What an awesome image Mike. Beautiful details and BG... and I love the subtle reflection. Cute little guy!
