Theme: Cave

There is a series of caves and grottoes along the Mediterranean in northern Israel, and this is an image of one of those caves. The cave is filled with sea water. At first, it didn't work as an IR image, so I applied a Topaz Simplify Buzz Sim filter to it, which brought out the colors that would be enhanced by IR. Then I applied IR in PS, and played around with the sliders, especially the cyan slider which made the water whiter. Then I applied a cooling filter to the image.

Very dramatic Wendy. I like the composition with all the diagonal lines and great textures. The lighting is terrific too and the blue filter adds a slightly eerie feel.
