    Found her obelisking at the neighborhood lake this afternoon.

    Great pose, Allen.

    I would have thought that at F/16, every element of insect would be in sharp focus.

    But it appears to my eye that the prime focus is at the leading edges of the top wings, and not so sharp in some other places.

    I offer this observation more for the technical implications; it's still a lovely photograph.

    Hi Allen. Cool pose - we don't get to see this much - up north. Very nice colors, sharpness, comp, and background. The straight white line (a bit of debris?) on the dragonfly's right forewing is catching my eye - you might consider cloning that. Otherwise, this is very nicely done!
