For some reason no matter what I do, I don't care for this. Thought I would solicit other opinions.

It's very nice, don't know why you don't like it Sid. Only thing is getting the bird out of the center. Otherwise I like it, nice colors, seems sharp on my monitor.

Hi Sid Would give more room up front as suggested and lighten. It is a very nice image with a good bg just a dark as presented.

I downloaded and played around with the image. It has more contrast then meets the eye, look at the light feathers by the tail. Can try lightening a little with curves then try shadow highlight at this setting. 35-50-245 Ideally you want to mask the white to keep it from loosing detail. This in one image that would have benefited by flash !!!

Nice BJ Sid! Nice BG too. To add to the others I think maybe a bit of head angled toward you would have really set this off.

Hi Sid - nicely done - like the background. Just wish for a better head angle.

    Sid,
I like your composition. It has nice colors in the background. I would have liked to have seen your bird with his head slightly turned downward and looking at you. All in all, good job, very nice...:)
