Jonathan those guys with rings are everywhere, nice stepping pose and the birds colour looks right, the only tiny nit I have is that I might remove a bit from the top but that's all a matter of taste, never been able to get an image of this bird that was anything near has good has this.
Very nice! With that camera and lens, I'd bet you have the IQ to crop a little tighter. Ditto the removal of some from the top, and I'd do the same with the bottom, to trim off the black triangle shape LR.
