    Stuart, these eyes are nothing short of amazing! A very effective crop! I like how you used the oil paint effect to soften the surrounding feathers. You might consider cloning over the feathers on the middle part of the beak so it is clean-looking.

    Stuart, I agree with Nancy and I would also remove the brown speck above the right eye.
