    Hi Arthur,

Thanks for comment and sorry for misunderstandings and my mistakes. English is not my mother language. For sure this is large crop and the crop size is: 2324 x 1524 pixels. Instead 'fun' should be 'fan'.

One more note about this photo and The Emperor Dragonfly. I found a shallow puddle. On surface there were a lot of plants and small details. It seems that time of hovering in the air is proportional to the number of details on the surface of the water, timing of insect hunting and probably the lighting has some impact as well. In 2 hours I got around 5-8 similar quality shots. On some other places I was not able to do the same in few days............

    Cheers!

Thanks for the additional info Miroslav. IAC, the image is outstanding. And the image quality held up quite nicely.

Hi Miroslav. Excellent use of your very long "macro" lens! Everything about this image is first rate - light, pose, sharpness, comp, and background! Beautiful!

An amazing image. I can't even imagine how you got the dragonfly in the screen with a 600 + 1.4TC. Well done!
