Hi Brendon - Another well done spotlit image. I like the alert pose, the comp and the deep blue bg. A good example of the use of a wide, even application of the spotlight too.

Lovely pose and image execution here Brendon.
Great lighting in this one too.
Some banding in the sky but presume it's from jpg conversion/compression?

It's the clear unobstructed deep blue sky that takes this up a notch for me plus you have an engaging pose on the leopard here as well, very nice Brendon. Can live with the slight banding Morkel mentions, and an easy fix.
One rarely gets such an unobstructed view, especially in wildlife photohraphy, be it night or day.

Stunning Leopard shot with wonderful composition.
The blue colors of the BG are a great match for the yellow fur of the cat.

Hi Brendon this does actually not loo like a ´night´shot . Very nice work all around .
I very much like the colors , tones and comp. Great pose of the subject .
The banding could be easily addressed.

Thanks very much all, yes indeed banding caused by the jpg compression, i exported whilst on the move so exported a smart preview to jpg.

    Dear Brendon,

You know I am a great fan of your leopard images so well done again on yet another beauty, the subject's pose is so lovely and I would do anything to have one like this in my collection! I just had this thought while viewing, how about turning the dark blue BG into black, just for a change?

    Warmest regards,

Perfect - it's hard to believe that such a sky colour can exist. Ed

Hi Brendon, just needs a tad more at the foot of the images, it's just a little too tight I feel. Colour works, just a few adjustments to address the BKG.
