Thread title not editable

Hello dear admins :D

Strange behavior : it seems that when a title is edited the change is not visible in the forum's thread list.

For instance in the Buy ans Sell section I updated the title of my ad to reflect which items haven't sold yet :

The new title should be "FS: Gitzo GT2931with Kirk FP-200 / LensCoat 400mm f/5.6"

But in the main forum page :
http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...splay.php?f=14
I still see the old title "FS: Gitzo / UpStrap / LensCoat stuff / Kirk gear"

Is that a bug or a feature? :)

Yeah, this had been going on for a while. Blake is on it.

I think I've got this fixed. Somebody other than me give it a shot... I could do it before I made the adjustment so I'm not a fair tester.

Blake, I know your probably up to your eye balls, but I'm having the same problem... Edited title shows up once the thread is open... above the picture... but the edit is not reflected in the title of the thread in the forum view.

Am I supposed to be able to edit the title?

Would be nice, but if not being able to is the worst that happens all day I'll be in good shape.

What thread are you trying to edit? Is it a new thread, or an older thread? Reply with a link if possible.

Thanks for the link. What I thought was the problem isn't the problem... :D I'll have to keep researching it. I'll let you know when this is solved. I know this is something that many people have had a problem with.
