Nice light and a cool illusion with the reflection, Ben.
I would like to see it cropped closer but I wonder if this isn't a bit of a crop already, as the image quality seems to be lacking a bit?

I like the illusion this image delivers here Ben, resembling one of those carved timber croc tongs
Your RP has also improved the quality as well.

Hi Ben - rp looks better to me too. A different image and fun effect due to the reflection.

Dear Ben,
Great to see you posting a different species and it's really interesting to see how your subject blends with the environment. The reflection is so perfect, well captured !
I must say, your RP did not suffer in terms of IQ, great work - looking forward to your future posts!
Kind regards,

Thanks for the comments. I was in Etsoha and tried to take photos of the other, "neglected" animals. This was in Erindi, about 250 km from Etosha.
