Hi folks havenīt posted a Seal bull for longer time , so to break the cycle , here you go .
Hope you become not bored , seems to be i am the Seal man here in BPN .
Image taken in Right Whale Bay on South Georgia , it was the first landing on that marvelous trip , after three days crossing the Southern Ocean . Left from the Falklands and got there , and i was so happy to have solid ground under my feet , like wise the other folks on that trip.
And they appeared so huge to me when i met my first seal bull in the wild , i have seen them in California already , but the northern species is a lot smaller , and i have not seen the beach masters in California. So i was really impressed by their size.

Thanks for watching and commenting to my previous post .
I am fascinated with the scars on this seal's body, nice detail on the subject and the BG is stunning!
Perfect framing, glossy eyes, great detail at 1/250s! Well I just looked at your EXIF again and realised that you used a 70-200 lens...in which case it all makes sense...
I do not like nit-picking, but even if I did I could not find any fault with this photograph - excellent image well exposed, well composed, great presentation-congratulations Andreas!!!
Hi Gabriela thank you for your kind words, i just had a quick laugh about your comment regarding being picky !!! ...... without success . Honestly you are way to gentle to being nit picky ,or better said you are looking in a different way at images than i or others do.
That is making it for me interesting and different to other forums .
So keep going with your way , think a lot of folks here enjoy your comments very different to all the other that are floating around..
Hi Andreas - I like this one a lot. Seems like he is welcoming you to his beach. The comp works very well with the placement in frame and the snowy bg. Nice detail and tones. I wouldn't change a thing on this one.
Wonderful Andreas. Really like the comp and the techs worked well. I was curious what the difference between these and the California ones was (I've seen the ones near San Simeon), and you answered that for me. If the California ones are smaller, these must be absolutely enormous!
