    Default Common Tern over Atlantic

A common tern flying over the ocean. Not a complicated frame, just one that appealed to me. Thank you for looking and for your comments

Beautiful image Grace! I like the banking pose, exposure, sharpness, composition and separation of the eye from the black head. Sometimes beauty lies in simplicity

I agree with Jim. A nice illustration of how to bring everything tastefully together - clean, clear, uncomplicated - well done. Regards, Ian.

For me, the BG makes this sjot.
To paraphrase you " nothing fancy" but great techs and IQ make for a lovely image,

Agree the gradient BG really makes the image. Simply and lovely image.

Yes, the hint of ocean adds a lot here. I do wish for more of a banking angle, but still a fine tern image as is.

The dark bottom of the frame and the tern's dynamic pose really fancy things up. That red bill really pops in this light and limited color scheme too.

Doesn't have to be fancy to be good. Very simple, clean image. Nice bank shot. Good timing.

I agree with all of the above. Nice simple tern in flight, and the gradient background makes it especially pleasing. Gives a lovely base to the frame.
