Default I'm feeling much better thanks!

I'm at 85-90% lung capacity now and off insulin, blood pressure meds and blood thinners.
Now that I'm not afraid of bleeding out if I bump my head I can start making real progress.

Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes.

I'm also excited about getting back on BPN!

    Thanks and be well,
    James

Hi James, the VT clip brings home just how serious things were, although we were aware, this brings home how fragile life is.

Thank you for sharing such an intimate time and a real credit to both you & the hospital. Great to know you are back on track and at some point able to share your thoughts & images.

James, I saw this video a couple of weeks ago...what an amazing recovery. Surely our collective prayers had a little something to do with it but in any regards you were the one that had the drive and determination to pull through. Take care man, and it's awesome to see you on BPN. Thanks for the update!

Glad to see you are even better than when I last saw you! Hard work pays off and got you to where you are now. Well done and hope to see you next year on the Hooptie Deux!

    Terrific news, James.

I presume that your lung capacity status relates to FEV1 and/or FVC pulmonary function values. I hope that your lung diffusing capacity is also excellent.
Keep it up, work those lungs and muscles through continuing, strenuous exercise, and enjoy your boat and those beautiful Spoonbills! Here's wishing only the very best for you!

What a fantastic story mon capitan! I am so glad to see you up and about again, truly inspirational. I have sadly found it necessary to step down as a moderator due to serious health issues facing my wife and me, and your story gives me hope. So happy to see you back.
