    Kindly turn your head...

Photographed March while on Jim Neiger's and James Shadle's BAA approved "Best of Florida" workshop.

Gonna get busted with a "HAP" citation ... Boy, those few degrees spoiled a calm, and intimate feeling.

Thank you for looking, and your suggestions are appreciated.

It doesn't look as though its head is turned away. It seems parallel to the frame from this angle. I am sure others will disagree, but with this take off shot, it doesn't really bother me. The bg is perfect and the timing I think is great. If anything, I might try to lighten the shot just a tad bit more but that is my only nit. Very nice.

I love the wing position... Head position doesn't bother me. I especially like the water an BG appearing to merge as one. The water ripple and drips off the feet make it. Might be nice if it were not dead cntr, but that's just me.

    Very sweet!

I like the ethereal feel to the image. The water dripping off the feet is perfect. Only nit I will add is a wish for a bit more room on the left.

Great light, BG, pose and the droplets add to it. I don't think the head angle is bad, the head just appears a bit soft on my monitor.

The head is turned away about about 3 degrees. In no way is it parallel. Best would have been 2 or 3 degrees towards... I love the image otherwise--the wing position and the splash--but the head angle prevents family jewel status. Congrats Brian, you are learning!

This is an excellent image, Brian! You did a fine job creating it... I do agree with you on the head angle. Everything else about the image, the composition and lighting are excellent.
