Amazing! I can't get enough of bee-eater shots and the action in this one takes the cake! The sun angle could have been lower but it is still a fantastic capture.

Well done in relatively harsh overhead sunlight. I love the open bill and the look on the face of the right-hand bird. All in all, a nice image.

Technically well done (as pointed out the light is a bit harsh but still handled well)
Eye contact, posture and framing all fine from my point of view.
You can really feel the tension here.
Given the month i assume it's male posing and trying to get the female into mood ?

Yes the light ....... In the moment of shot the light was very harsh so in PP I used selective brightness contrast. In this case the selective means the standard masks and in addition I used the luminosity masks too. From my point of view the raw version was not usable without deep PP and I'm happy you like the final version.
