I have been singularly unsuccessful to date in getting dragonfly images at my garden pond, I have found 3 exuviae (hope there is such a word - plural of exuvia!!) but only seen 1 adult which was a common darter and the exuviae were those of brown hawkers. I took this image at a nature reserve about 25 miles from my home.
    All C&C welcome.

    Hi Jonathan,
Very nice behavioral capture showing the habitat as well which really works for me in this shot. Subject is nicely framed among the leaves. Sharpness is spot on. Well done.

Nicely framed and SH. I'd love to see this one from the water's surface..... I know, easier said than done :)
