I captured this image this morning at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, central Florida. I am puzzled at identifying it. The grey head and grey/green feet I have never seen. Any help identifying it would be appreciated.

The bird is a juvenile Red-bellied Woodpecker, which of course is not illustrated in most field guides. There is a photo in Birds of Eastern North America by Sterry and Small, p. 196.

That's what it is. I get one on my feeders around this time every year. There's one there now. Nice high-key pose under tough conditions.

Mistery has been solved. I have never seen one like this. Good finding and nice image, Joe.
