    Hi Michael!

Very nice and colorful. If you are not opposed, I would suggest you taking some time to remove all the dark objects in the water (you also have some dust spots lower left). Then move the bird slightly back into the frame. I think you will be pleasantly surprised, and very pleased!

I "healed" most of the spots and it certainly looks cleaner.

Hi Michael !!! Very nice pose and well exposed. Remember your sun angle to have even illumination on the bird, the rear end is a bit darker. Could go in PS and lighten some. Easy fix.

With reflections like this one you wan to work the bird as long as you can. You are going to have some that are close to mirror images and others not even close. This is in between. Would have like seeing more detail in the reflection. The image is centered in frame but do like it as presented. Was thinking on suggesting moving back but it is just fine !!! Doing well Michael !!!

IMHO, the reflection is nearly ideal. I very much prefer this to a perfect, mirror reflection.Too often I have seen reflections that only mirror the subject and convey no other information and/or are given equal weight in the composition as the subject. I am aware that my opinion may diverge from conventional wisdom, but it seems to me that reflections throw off the composition and detract from the photo as often as not. I think this reflection is nearly ideal and I like the way you handled it compositionally.

    Thanks for your comments.

I did lighten up the back of the bird a little, and now I think it's as good as I can make it. Thank everyone for their comments.
