    From my Palouse trip. There is an abundance of old abandoned houses and barns in the region as well as many windmills - a nice juxtaposition of old and new I used
    Topaz Simplify Buzz Sim and then converted to B&W Infrared in CC2014.

    Cheryl, I like the composition and strong diagonal lines. The B&W does justice to the subdued tones of the land. This scene is duplicated all over the west.

    Love it! And there is a story in that the land around the old house looks disused but the land under the new windmills looks like prosperous farm land.

    Surreal. The processing accentuates the unreal quality of this image. Nice composition.
