    I almost always see this species as a couple when out in the field or at my bird feeder - I like when I see a photo with both included! I wish the male had a better head angle, and the two grasses at left are distracting. The BG is also noisy.

    Nice couple with nice pose and composition,the bg looks a bit noisy on my monitor

    Thanks for the comments - I substituted a noise filtered (neat image) version. Hopefully the background looks better. The original looked OK on my monitor but this does look a bit better.
