    Default Bye Bye Little Grebe

    I had another evening at my local loch, photographing a Little Grebe, unfortunately it was a very dull evening, as you can see from my ISO setting. I thought this image was quite cute, it looked as though the grebe was waving at me

    This image is so sweet and I have not seen one behaviour image like it. however the image is in need of some clockwise rotation. Your crop tool can quickly fix this by lining up the perpendicular to the edge of the bird's bill to the same point in the reflection. Not always accurate but a good starting point.

    This is a nice specie!
    Good to see the habitat where they live. Agree on the rotation. Nice soft light.

    Good comments from above, and I agree about the rotation.

    Common loons will often do a foot 'waggle' where they stick their big feet up and wiggle them. Some have speculated that it is a form of thermoregulation, I am not convinced!
