    lovely pose and details, love the even light and BG. Wonder if sharpness could be improved with faster SS?

    Nice full wingspread of this little speedster. Technically very hard to get "in flight" shots of this guy.
    Good clean BG. I find the tree on the right distracting on one hand but appreciate that it gives context to the image.

    I like the tree and the foliage above … looks like he's bringing food in ? Might just be that I need new glasses, but I think a bit more sharpening on the bird's head could be applied.

    Good image design and wingspread. Some of the bird's plumage looks a bit crunchy , sometimes that can be because plumage can lend itself to looking crunchy naturally, as it in moult, if the bird has recently bathed or of course if the image is over sharpened. However the image is still a keeper.

    Excellent image. Nice wing spread,beautiful BG with nice OOF leaves in the ULC and composition.

    Really like this, I know it's extremely hard to get woodpeckers in flight like this. I would try to clone out the tree to the right though and see how it looks compared to the original.
