    That is pretty darn cool! Perfect wing and tail spreads, and the head cocked sideways adds so much to the pose. Details and exposure excellent. How was this image achieved, was this a controlled environment or just a chance encounter? Either way does not changed my opinion of the image, just being curious...

    Sweet look at this gorgeous raptor. Love the fanned tail and the tilted head. Details are excellent and I love the blue sky. Quite a unique perspective. I'd move the bird further down in the frame, but that's just a personal preference.

    Thanks Daniel, no not controlled, I got the shot while walking back from a local reserve, the Kestrel hovered above me for a few seconds.
