There is the 'Goose step', now the 'Little Owl' step!
There is a log they love to run up and down on constantly looking down for any bugs & beetles they can stanch for the owlets that have arrived, this one was certainly on a 'mission'! The hint of green mush at the foot of the image is OOF grass, the taller elements I removed prior to shooting, now most of it has gone for a 'cleaner' finish. Also this 9m log gets washed most days to remove the white 'visiting' cards they leave, of which some is still visible on the log.
I still cannot figure out which is the Male & Female, however I think this is the male, the female is darker and slightly bigger, but will find out this week.
Thanks a stack for all the advice etc on the previous posting, likewise please fee free on this one too.

Spectacular "Marching"pose with have captured. Beautiful colors, very nice fine details in feathers and backdrop.
Love the raised foot with sharp talons.
This must be FF. I could see the version with more room infront and little crop on left side. (Personal test of course).
Thanks guys, Satish this is almost, bar the shouting, FF sadly. They 'walk' so quickly that within twelve frames you may get two keepers that are in roughly the right position. The crop works from the bottom RHC diagonally up, so all I have lost is a little off the top & LHS. I guess if I have it, then creating a 'cut & butt' image from another frame could work, however they may have got binned as I would have deemed them 'not keepers' however... lets see.
Steve,
Thanks for the reply.I have taken the previlage to edit the image quickly. I have taken some part from LHS and added on the RHS.
I hope you will like the composition. Here is the image.
