William this looks great, really jumps out of the frame, pin sharp and the prey item certainly adds interest.
Cheers Keith.
I love the subject, prey item, perch. Sharpness looks very good. I do wish the lower half of the body was not twisted away, and I find the comp not best it could be. id you take verticals, and if not, do you have more room to play with?
Hi William, I like the slight angled pose showing off his catch, and a great eye too. Comp wise, I feel the warbler is 'tucked' too much into the left of the frame. Adding more to the left and taking away a touch from the right wont harm the image.
nice capture, like the repost, the pines frame the bird,if mine would take some off the right side of the frame, and clone out the pines in right bottom corner, the prey item is a bonus, nice BG,and the bird is sharp with nice detail's.
Both nice images well exposed etc. The first is just a tad large in the frame and placed to the left. I like the second slightly more, the environment is well portayed - opossibly lose that branch tip bottom right
The repost you present is a much stronger image IMO. Better "tail angle" and a balanced comp :-)
