    Makes a change from birds at the pool I suppose.
    D7000 Sigma 100-300
    800 ISO 8oth sec @f8
    Contrast down one ,EV down one stop. Spot meter.
    Sharpen down 1 in camera. White balance warm.
    Levels., Sharpen CZM
    Paint shop pro 7
    Crop for comp off right mainly

    Really nice. Good to see other things at the pool. I like the subtle reflection. I wish the broken branch wasn't there in front of his nose. That may just be me though.

    John this certainly is the best combination of sharpness, clarity and pleasing contrast you've posted here to date...
    I'd have liked a slightly lower angle, since the reflection isn't that clear...

    You captured a nice balancing act by the squirrel and the setup is nice. Natural looking and full of good color and textures.

    very nice capture John of a grey squirrell,only see them running up tree trunk's,mind you I did once see one swimming,no camera.

    Lovely shot. Might lift whites slightly to give a bit more life, but pretty darn good as it is.
