    This is a wonderful macro John. Spider is a Misumena vatia

    They dont usually hunt Robber flies as their technique relies on the flying insect arriving at the flower to pollinate. Guess it was lucky

    Lovely natural light. Not sure if you used a flash on this or not but looks great

    No flash. - but a very still day !!! One of the few tripod carrying days. Dont do it much now !!

    Aside from needing a bit more room above this is quite excellent. Great d-o-f and I love the action even though it is not real fast action :)
