    Default Orton/Seeram Tropical Lily

    This is a tropical Lily in my little pond. Nikon D200, 80-400mm VR at 400, f11, 1/250, +.67, flash + better beamer -1. I did an Orton effect on the image after doing a standard workflow then ran the result thru a Seeram illustration action. Added chop and english copy right on layers.

    Very attractive treatment, wonder how it would look as a vertical...You did well mixing the two effects :)

    Thanks Fabs. The final product is from a full frame image, so I can't seem to get a vert. out of it that I like. Here is the orig. jpg with no workflow aside from resize. If you would like to play? Dan Brown

    What a great combination of effects! I've never seen the Seeram before...just went and downloaded the free actiion to see what it will do. Very nice!

    I played with it adding some canvas at the bottom. I don't have the Seeram action yet, just used posted edges, for a different approach. Not as good as yours, but an alternative :)
