    Jon:

    A tough bird to expose because of the blacks, and the lighter rocks. I like the clear view of the head and bill, the strong sense of his environment.

    Do wish he wasn't right along the dividing line between sky and ground, and that the upper wing was open a bit more.

    I don't know this bird. Looks like some variation of a small crow with red bill!

    Is this bird migratory in your area or this one belongs to some project study, since it has ringed in both legs ?
