    Nice one in its own right, but I liked the previous one more because of the solid eye contact in that one. Still a decent in-flight capture though!

    Agree with Tobie on the previous one and it does seems that the IQ on this is one is not as good. Seems to be some blur/noise on the back of the wings, or maybe is just me.

    I like the slightly unusual pose, and I'd be pleased with this IQ for an in-flight shot! I really like strong eye. Well done!

    Nice pose but with the light from our right the bird's head is in shadow. There are lots of ways to brighten the face. Let me know if you need some suggestions.

    BTW, are using audio on these? When I see this species they simply sit in one spot....

    Thanks, Artie. I will go back and work on that shadow. No audio -- they were being protective of nearby chicks, so I shot as I backed away.
