    Nikon 18-55 F/3.5-5.6 VR AF shot at 55mm (82mm FFE)
    1/13 F/5.6 ISO 200 -1 EV, used the Graduated Filter in Lightroom 5 to set different exposures from bottom to top

    Hi Joe

    Love the light here, the bird and the stalks of grass. The colour gradients make a beautiful calming scene and you even have a nice lead into the image. Very nice.

    My only suggestion is that the sand on the beach looks too blue to me, I would lighten it slightly.

    Hi Joe, ditto Don's comments and suggestions. I would tone down the cyan color in the foreground water as well.

    Joe, I like the tranquil scene and the sea oats framing the image. My preference would be for the egret to be a little off center and I find the upper portion just a tad over-saturated (but I'm partial to paler palettes so I would take that with a grain of salt)

    Hi Joe - nice scene and excellent suggestions above about the color of the sand and water. I too would prefer that the bird and the land at the horizon was a little less centered.
