I like the calling (or laughing?) pose. Great low angle, appealing colours - I especially like the wine reds. Well exposed. I almost get the feeling the image may need a bit of CW rotation, and I'd take the time to remove the two oof pebbles touching the legs.

    Bill:

sharp, well exposed, neat pose, dark pebbles are an interesting element. Love the blues and the crashing wave behind him. Good shooting angle.

I do get the same feeling as Daniel about the rotation.

    Cheers

Like the calling pose, Bill. Blacks, whites and mid tones exposed beautifully. Nice location standing amongst, think you had mentioned periwinkles.

Hi Bill - great calling pose and I really like the layers of color in the bg. Good suggestions above.

Very nice image, Bill. I like the calling pose and the low angle, foreground and the BG.

Thanks, folks. Here's a repost with a 0.5 CW rotation, and two oof periwinkles removed at the legs. I'm not sure which rotation is the more accurate, this or the OP. The wet tidal cut that I was lying in widens out to the right as it flows toward the surf line, giving the illusion that the blue foreground is sloping up to the right. Anyway, this is pretty close. I appreciate the comments.

Here's another frame of him, in a more dramatic laughing pose. But I liked the way the pose in the OP composed itself.

Well done, like 1st (2nd option) more. Great BG, pose and sharpness.
