My niece's little girl had fun a couple of weeks ago under the sprinkler. I used Topaz Clean, a texture from Lil owls (Cosmos), Silver Efex Pro. I had it in colour, but decided I like and white better.

    Jackie,

Greetings. Looks like summer to me! The light on the water with just the right amount of motion blur really captures the essence of summer play. Good show!

    Cheers,

    -Michael-

Hi, Jackie - yep, this is summer I like the black and white conversion and the dimension you've gotten in the water. Nice job.

Super darling and so summer! How many millions of children have stood in the spray of the sprinkler during the summer?! I like all the vertical aspects of the composition, including the vertical format. The opposing slant of the light on the water adds a very dynamic element. The b&w treatment is perfect!

This brought a smile to my face. :-) Yes, this is summer! A simple pleasure. Nice composition, with the hose and water curving up and then down onto the child.

Yes, so fun! The black and white, I think, elevates it because it allows the water to show up so much and gives it almost an "older times" look. Could be a child of the 50s or yesterday. nice.
