This is a male peregrine. He is the king of the skies. Dave and I were shooting in overcast skies which gave us some nice soft light, to get enough shutter speed for flight I cranked up the ISO to 3200. BG is the ocean. I hope you like it

Very nice Arash, what a great looking specimen. The yellow eye ring and base of bill stand out nicely. If mine I'd likely remove the small black object at the tail.

Like it, indeed. Beautiful bird and the background could not be better. Agree with Daniel…it distracts a bit.

Another good example of what can be achieved with the right gear and technique. Excellent composition but just a little more background contrast would make it even better IMO. Regards, Ian.

Well done Arash, you nailed him. Sorry I missed your visit, you could'nt have come at a better time to catch this great action. One of the best peregrine images I have seen. They are still providing us with great oportunities but the sun is coming out earlier and creating some difficult contrast.

Killer flight shot, Arash. It looks as though he's flying right at you. Love the gradient BG. I wouldn't touch the tail.
