Neither do I. For me, fine art means doing whatever you can to an image to make it, well -- fine art. Sometimes it's fine art as captured, but more often there is a lot you can do to take it beyond the realm of straight photography. Viewers interested in fine art will seldom ask what you did.
If you mean, how can we define what we did, the term digital manipulation comes to mind, but it sounds rather sterile. I would probably label a piece as digital fine art.
