Pepe love the pose, perch and the bird itself with it's very good detail and a nice clean Bg,not sure on the meal worm think it would have to go if it was mine, I wish it was.

    Very nice piece of work.
    Regards Keith.

Nice one, Pepe - love the colors, crispness & BG, not to mention the split second action! Well done!

Hi Pepe nice one - like the colors and the perch.
But image looks too flat for me , i would reduce the overall use of flash to get a more 3D look with natural light and slightly use fill light.
    Just my 2 cents

Great pose and action, nice BG. The mealworm adds an interesting element. I agree it looks just a little too flashed. I like the comp, but might also consider a version with a little less rock at the bottom, and some more on the top.

Great capture Pepe, it just needs a bit of life for it does look a tad flat. So much action here with the worm just about to go down!

I would experiment a bit here, you can burn and dodge, or add contrast, even saturate the colours of the bird a little.

1/250s is not nearly enough when your subject is a busy body like this bird is...Still love what you captured here, very special, thank you for sharing!

PS Not to worry about English, we are all photographers and share the same language here on BPN! Keep them images coming!

    Kind regards,

Pretty neat action, and it looks like the subject is looking right at us! A bit of ghosting on the bill, but all else looks crisp and sharp. I agree some levels or curves would help make the image "pop" more. I do wish this fella would have perched higher on the rock.

I've been saying this to myself for a while now...I need to experiment with mealworms!
