    Hi Peter
There has been a fast growing interest in moths over the past few years and people have come up with all sorts of traps (They don't kill them - just for ID) They are usually based on blue bulbs or mercury vapour ones. The mothe are attracted to them . I don t use a trap -I just hang the bulb up over a white sheet on the lawn You d be surprised what turns up !!
    Cheers

Peter- Sorry I didn't explain. Many of the moths sit there where they landed at nigh and often stay there all next day - relying on camoflauge. Come never stay though.
    Cheers
    John
