You know what, its wonderful treatment to a image
The fox is clear and i like the B & W choice of the image, IQ looks wonderful too
if a small portion is take off the bottom (the rocks) it may be even better to my eye, i tried it here but you have the original quality to work with.
Eye contact makes the image very engaging , i love it

Love the eye contact and angle.

    Conversion works well.

My eye is just a bit drawn to LLC...

Great piercing gaze and the monochrome removes any colors that might compete with that intent stare. The totally pale, featureless bkgd adds to the drama, again making the viewer go straight to the fox.

Hi Christopher, I love the intense stare of the fox, but find the BG a bit too empty. Tonal wise, you have a bright and fairly dark, but not much middle tone. I'd suggest that you post the color version and get feedback on what can be done if any with the color or conversion. TFS. Loi

Nice intense stare! I'd take away a bit on the top as it does not add any value. I'd also like to see the color version!

The conversion works - but I would dodge the midtones, shadows and highlights on the fox a bit more. I'd want to have it tonally more neutral to light, so the dark band of grass and the white sky sets it off nicely. Of the two - as is - I prefer the colour version...
