If looks could kill

He does look a bit "evil" in this one. I like the eye contact and pose but I think that it could go a bit lighter. I also think that it need a bit of sharpening. I used a small amount of levels and USM......see if you like it. I was pretty cautious so it may not be that noticeable.

Hi Renate,
I like your close up pose on Mr. Owl. Nice details and good eye contact. I like the perch too. I tok the liberty of working your image just a little. I increased the hue just a tad and sprinkled just a hint of sharpening around the eyes...:D Congrats on your capture...:)

Very good image indeed - along with the eyes, I find the two toes on each foot interesting.
